From Dialysis Technician to Founder of Home Dialysis Services

My journey in dialysis care began in 2010 at Sheikh Zayed Hospital, Lahore, where I studied Dialysis Technology from 2010 to 2013. After completing my training, I began my professional career as a Dialysis Technician in June 2013.

Since then, I have spent more than 14 years working directly in dialysis and patient care, gaining practical experience across 8 hospitals and working in clinical environments that follow established healthcare and patient-safety standards.

Over the years, I have continued to build my professional knowledge through additional training and certifications, including BLS (Basic Life Support), Fresenius certification, Nursing certifications, Pharmacy Category-B, and Patient Care Technician training. These experiences have helped me develop a broader understanding of patient safety, dialysis procedures, infection-control practices, and the day-to-day needs of dialysis patients.

My experience is not limited to hospital-based dialysis. I have personally been involved in providing 1,000+ home dialysis services, giving me valuable first-hand experience with the practical challenges patients and their families face when dialysis is required at home.

Home dialysis requires more than simply operating a dialysis machine. It involves careful preparation, appropriate patient assessment, infection-control practices, monitoring during treatment, and clear communication with patients and their families.

This practical experience led me to establish a Home Dialysis Services company in Lahore, with the goal of making professional dialysis support more accessible to patients who need treatment in the comfort of their own homes.

Senior Dialysis Technician & Founder

Today, I work as a Senior Dialysis Technician while leading our home dialysis service. Through our team and network of healthcare professionals, we provide home dialysis and related patient-care services in Lahore and across Pakistan, depending on the patient’s location and service requirements.

Our approach is built around three principles:

After more than a decade in dialysis care, I understand that behind every dialysis treatment is a patient and a family looking for safe, reliable, and compassionate support.

My mission is to use my clinical experience and practical knowledge to help make home dialysis services in Pakistan more accessible, organized, and patient-focused.
